OUR STORY

Today’s gyms just seem to be missing something in terms of style and presentation. In the
golden age of bodybuilding, gyms were a mecca for those who were strong and proud of it, or
aspired to be. Schwazenegger and other fitness champions were the heroes who
filled our movie screens. We had Robby Robertson, Lee Haney, Mike Vincent, Tom Platz, and many others on the scene to inspire us. The men and women like Rachel McLish, Cory Everson and Bev Francis who pumped iron looked good,
and they felt good and inspired us to be our best.

Our brand, Old School Iron Wear, is all about recapturing that feeling. Performance, aesthetics,
and dedication all combine in one fashionable package. We’ve set aside modern synthetic fibers
and gone back to basics with natural materials that work. Hemp and cotton blends are our main
components, allowing for a comfortable and impressive workout.

Most of all, Old School Iron Wear clothing is a celebration of yourself. It’s a symbol of the
promise you made yourself, to reach or exceed your fitness goals. It’s a reminder to tip your hat
to the greats of yesteryear, and keep pushing yourself, because you deserve it. Check out our
shop today and keep an eye out for new items as it’s frequently updated.

We understand the importance of the right fabrics are to body health, that is why we are using non toxic fabrics such as hemp, bamboo and polycotton fabrics in our apparel.

We also understand the importance of manufacturing of these fabrics and the role it plays on our world.

Hemp clothing manufacturing often adheres to ethical and fair-trade practices. This means workers involved in the production process are provided with safe working conditions, fair wages, and respect for their rights. By supporting hemp clothing brands that prioritize ethical practices, consumers contribute to the establishment of responsible workplaces and dignified labor conditions.

Local manufacturing inherently reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation and distribution. Hemp clothing produced locally requires fewer resources for transportation, leading to decreased emissions and environmental impact. This contributes to cleaner air and a healthier environment for the community.

The shift towards hemp clothing manufacturing can breathe new life into struggling local economies. Many communities face economic challenges due to shifts in traditional industries. Hemp provides a unique opportunity to diversify income sources and create a sustainable economic ecosystem.

Manufacturing hubs centered around hemp clothing often require various services such as transportation, packaging, marketing, and retail. As these industries grow to support hemp production, they generate additional job opportunities and stimulate local economic growth.
